    Aroha - "Antique gold, brooding browns and dusky purples provide a twilight mood.  Aroha ( love) is imagined as a winged angelic being hovering over the land and water, forming ripples that travel outward in all directions.  The patterning in the centre depicts many balls of twine interconnected, without beginning or end. These are the ties that bind us: to loved ones, whanau, community and ultimately our nation of Aotearoa Acrylic/metallic pigment/mixed media 90 cm diameter
