Brent has been a welder and fabricator for over 15 years with a background in mining, marine and structural engineering sectors. Brent enjoys making sphere orientated garden sculptures and is passing this artistry to his teenage son.
The dimension between industrial and art which is more refined is of particular interest to Brent, who works with most metals and he incorporates wood where the metal is enhanced. Based in Nelson, Brent finds inspiration in the natural environment and the materials he works with.
